If you cancel within 1 week before the course starts no refund will be provided.
Bristol Baby Massage reserves the right to cancel/postpone a class/course if there is an issue with venue, class size or any other unforeseen circumstance. The amount refunded in these circumstances will be based on the rate per class missed. We will try our best to offer another course date/venue.
If, for any reason the venue needs to be changed we will endeavour to find an appropriate venue close by (within 2 miles). In this circumstance, no refund will be provided.
Should a parent/carer behave in a way that Bristol Baby Massage deems inappropriate, we reserve the right to withdraw provision of the course, no refund will be provided.
Bristol Baby Massage reserves the right to decline any application to attend any of its classes.
