Terms and Conditions

Booking:

Although health details will be provided within this initial form, it is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver to provide any changes including medical conditions, to the instructor prior to the course starting.
Twins/Multiple Babies – I will only charge per parent, but please complete the booking form for each individual baby. Please be aware that you will be responsible for both children at the same time. The instructor will be unable to provide support in the actual session but will provide advice on how to manage this.

Cancellation:

If you cancel within 1 week before the course starts no refund will be provided.
Bristol Baby Massage reserves the right to cancel/postpone a class/course if there is an issue with venue, class size or any other unforeseen circumstance. The amount refunded in these circumstances will be based on the rate per class missed. We will try our best to offer another course date/venue.
If, for any reason the venue needs to be changed we will endeavour to find an appropriate venue close by (within 2 miles). In this circumstance, no refund will be provided.
Should a parent/carer behave in a way that Bristol Baby Massage deems inappropriate, we reserve the right to withdraw provision of the course, no refund will be provided.

When not to attend:

For the health and wellbeing of all babies and families attending, please do not attend a class if your baby has an infectious illness or is unwell. This includes, but is not limited to, fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis, hand, foot and mouth disease, chickenpox, impetigo, or any other contagious condition. If your baby develops symptoms before a class, please notify the instructor as soon as possible. Attendance may be resumed once your baby is no longer infectious and is well enough to participate. Refunds will not be offered for classes missed through illness.
Bristol Baby Massage reserves the right to decline any application to attend any of its classes.

Photography:

Bristol Baby Massage will only take photos of your baby with your consent. If you wish to take photos of your baby during breaks/at the end of the class this is allowed but these photos must only include your child.

Safety:

Safety is paramount to how Bristol Baby Massage as a company is run. However, you are liable for any loss, injury or damage that may occur when attending a class.
